Due to the small number of rooms that have been renovated, we cannot guarantee all reservations to be booked into these rooms. They are, therefore, available on a first come, first serve basis and we are more than happy to put in a request for them if you prefer. We appreciate your patience during our current renovations projects.
Renovated King Inside
Renovated King Suite Inside - "Honeymoon Suite"
The Hotel Aiken is a smoke-free enviroment.
All of our guest rooms provide the following amenities: complimentary wireless & high speed internet, cable television, irons with ironing boards, hair dryers, daily housekeeping, wake up call service, & electronic key entry to rooms. All courtyard rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge in each room. We DO NOT provide microwaves or mini-fridges to all of our main building rooms; however we will happily accommodate this request when available.
Queen Inside

The Queen Inside room has one queen size bed and is located on the second or third floor of the main hotel building. The queen rooms inside are located on the streetside of our hotel building and are above our on-site bars; therefore it is possible to hear street noise as well as bar/music noise from these rooms. Please keep in mind our bars have live entertainment Wednesday-Saturday until 2am when booking this room type. All queen inside rooms are non-smoking and non-pet rooms.
King Inside

The King Inside room has one king size bed and is located on the second or third floor of the main hotel building. The king rooms inside are located on the streetside of our hotel building with some above our on-site bars; therefore it is possible to hear street noise as well as bar/music noise from these rooms. Keep in mind our bars have live entertainment Wednesday-Saturday until 2am when booking this room type. All king inside rooms are non-smoking and non-pet rooms.
Double Inside

The Double Inside room is located on the second or third floor of the main hotel building and have the accommodations of two double size beds OR two queen size beds. If you have a preference of bed type, please note that on your reservation. The double rooms inside are located on the streetside of our hotel building with some above our on-site bars; therefore it is possible to hear street noise as well as bar/music noise from these rooms. Keep in mind our bars have live entertainment Wednesday-Saturday until 2am when booking this room type. All double inside rooms are non-smoking and non-pet rooms.
King Suite

The King Suite room has the accommodations of one king size bed and a sitting area with a sofa. If you are in need of a pullout sofa, please make note of that request on your reservation. All king suites are located on the second or third floor of our main interior hallway building. Please keep in mind when booking this room type that although the suites are larger rooms, all suites are on the backside of our hotel building and some suites overlook our outside patio bar. The Tiki Tavern is open until 2am every night of the week, which means these suites are located in a noisier area of the hotel. All king suites are non-smoking and non-pet rooms.
Single Over Bar

The Single Over Bar room has one full size bed and is located above the Polo Tavern. Due to excessively loud noise from the bar, these rooms are sold at a discounted rate. Please be advised we have live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday in the tavern and these rooms are located directly above it. We do not guarantee quiet in ANY of these rooms over the bar.
Suite Over Bar

The Suite Over Bar room has one full size bed and a separate sitting area with a sofa located above the Polo Tavern. Due to excessively loud noise from the bar, these rooms are sold at a discounted rate. Please be advised that Wednesday through Saturday there is live entertainment in the tavern and the suite is located directly above it. We do NOT guarantee quiet in any of the rooms over the bar.
Courtyard Double

The Courtyard Double has the accommodations of 2 double beds in an exterior hallway motel building. All courtyard rooms include a microwave and mini-fridge. The courtyard building faces a public alleyway and our outside patio bar, the Tiki Tavern which is open until 2am every day of the week. Please be aware that you may hear street noise, as well as noise from the bar from these courtyard rooms. All courtyard rooms are non-smoking.
Courtyard Double - Pet Friendly

The Courtyard Double Pet Friendly room has 2 double beds in an exterior hallway motel building. All courtyard rooms include a microwave and mini-fridge. There is a flat $45 fee for all pet friendly rooms. In the event that there are damages or extensive cleaning caused by the pet, additional fees may apply. The courtyard building faces a public alleyway and our outside patio bar, the Tiki Tavern which is open until 2am every day of the week. Please be aware that you may hear street noise, as well as noise from the bar from these courtyard rooms. All courtyard rooms are non-smoking.
